Bradleyville art students are learning how to create art on a pottery wheel thanks to a Conco Community Arts Program grant. As part of the educational process, art teacher Jenna Mills invited local Reeds Spring artist Mark Oehler to demonstrate pottery wheel skills. Bradleyville art club students plan to sell student pottery at a sale later in the year with proceeds to benefit community projects.
“The purchase of the pottery wheel has been a real lift at the end of the school year,” Ms. Mills said. “You can tell the students were really interested!”
